The Bolide has a domed single zip around closure, an oval patch and dual tubular top handles. Crafted of Taurillon Clemence leather in Caramel. Beneath the sleek exterior of Bolide hides a delicate soft lambskin lining, housing one patch pocket at the back interior wall. Est. Retail $6,500.

Emile Hermès created the Bolide bag in 1923, taking inspiration from the nickname for fast cars in the 1920s – ‘bolide’ translates to ‘comet’. This Hermès two-way bag was specially designed for a close friend of Emile’s who loved the automobile world.
